Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and stakeholder oriented specialist to join our team in Vilnius and to begin an exciting and challenging career with Intrum Global Business Services. In this role you will support different Intrum Group projects.

 What you will be doing:

  • Proactively follow up all project’s activities.
  • Monitor and report on progress, analyse data, make suggested corrections if needed and prepare reports.
  • Carry out basic analytic tasks, organize materials and provide draft inputs to written material.
  • Develop and manage project documents and meeting minutes.
  • Provide administrative support for the stakeholders.

What you bring:

  • Proficient experience with Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Very good English language both written and spoken.
  • Experience in resource management and administrative duties.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-cultural environments at Global Level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What we offer you:

  • Salary from 1100 Eur gross/month
